Solution: Creative Circle began placing candidates to tackle Temple's quick-turn marketing and creative projects. Because of the success of these placements, the university’s marketing managers set up a weekly call with Creative Circle so that we could discuss their needs and create a custom virtual bench.

Solution: Creative Circle quickly partnered with the client’s human resources and purchasing teams to allow the candidate to work with the university for this engagement. The candidate was successful, leading to several additional productive placements with various departments. After providing several skilled candidates with fast turnaround, an easy onboarding and timecard process, and timely and efficient billing, the university’s purchasing and HR teams saw the value of working with Creative Circle, especially for ad-hoc or urgent staffing needs.
